1. What are your shipping times? We always want to ship as soon as possible. Because we ship products from different warehouses, your shipping time may vary. Most products have a 7 - 21 day delivery time after being processed, but on occasion, a particular product may take up to 30 days to be delivered. Be sure to order in advance, leaving sufficient time for processing and delivery.

3. Do you have a return policy? We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If an item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error, follow the steps listed above and explain specifically what issue has occurred and include a photo.
Personalized items cannot be returned due to the nature of the product. An exception to this would be if the product is defective. In that case, you would follow the steps listed above and include a description of the manufacturing error and a photo.
